I'm Ramadan Youssef, a sports coach with extensive experience. My athletic journey began at 14, leading to numerous bodybuilding competitions. Representing the Police Sports Union Club, I excelled in youth and adult competitions, and secured four consecutive victories in university games. Professionally, I've worked at national and international sports clubs like Fitness First and Golden Gym in Egypt and the UAE.
Over two decades, I consistently achieved top performance, earning multiple awards as I progressed from personal trainer to elite master trainer.
After 20 years of training people of all ages and helping them achieve their fitness goals, I founded the Power and Strength Sports Academy. My aim is to provide training and scientific methods to help clients reach their optimal health and physique. My own fitness journey, combined with travel and a Certificate in the Fitness Industry, led me to become an exercise coach. I continue to study at ISSA, earning credentials such as the ISSA Certificate of Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutrition coach.
